We’re hiring for a Regional Sales Director to spearhead growth in the Michigan and Ohio market. This Sales Director will be responsible for selling large to mid-sized staffing engagements of 50+ headcount.
What you will do:
- Lead regional sales initiatives to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Expand market presence in designated states, leveraging technology solutions.
- Manage a team of Sales Directors to drive client acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop strategic plans for market expansion.
- Utilize Salesforce, Ultify, TravelPerks, and Slack for efficient communication and operations.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in staffing industry sales and leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of technology solutions and their application in staffing.
- Ability to manage and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of revenue growth and market expansion.
- Willingness to travel within assigned region.
Required skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
