Regional Sales Director, Light Industrial Staffing - Michigan

We’re hiring for a Regional Sales Director to spearhead growth in the Michigan and Ohio market.  This Sales Director will be responsible for selling large to mid-sized staffing engagements of 50+ headcount.

What you will do:
  • Lead regional sales initiatives to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Expand market presence in designated states, leveraging technology solutions.
  • Manage a team of Sales Directors to drive client acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop strategic plans for market expansion.
  • Utilize Salesforce, Ultify, TravelPerks, and Slack for efficient communication and operations.


What we’re looking for:
  • Proven experience in staffing industry sales and leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of technology solutions and their application in staffing.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned region.


Required skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
