Regional Director Channel Sales, Healthcare Staffing - Remote
5 years outside sales experience calling on C-Level Executives
Our client is the largest Healthcare Staffing Firm in the US, and ranked Fortune 100' s Fastest Growing Companies.
The Regional Director of Channel Sales is an outside sales role dedicated to Third Party business for both Nursing and Allied. This role will focus on business procurement and negotiation to increase revenue and efficiencies, with a priority of Shiftwise and Medefis market share growth.
What you’ ll do:
- Build strategic partnerships with Third Party entities
- Increase market share with Medefis and Shiftwise
- Secure tiering/lead time
- Negotiate contracts including optimal business terms
- Evaluate account/system performance
- Build and execute internal and external strategies for highest performance
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders for strongest revenue and efficiencies gains
- Sharing of best practices and market intel with our client, MSP, Shiftwise, Medefis, and other internal partners to support their increased market share
What you’ ll need:
- 5+ years staffing industry sales experience
- Willingness and ability to travel 50% is required.
- Bachelor' s degree
- Nursing or allied staffing experience preferred
