Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Dallas-Fort Worth, TX for a Regional Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for researching and identifying potential new clients, building and maintaining client relationships, coordinating recruitment efforts, and meeting sales goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in business development, sales, and/or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Experience in the staffing industry is a plus.
