Regional Director of Consulting Services - Accounting & Finance Staffing
This is not a traditional staffing leadership role. Our client is a $140M, high-growth staffing firm with 270 employees, known for its strong performance culture, client relationships, and proven ESOP wealth creation model. They are now expanding into higher-margin, project-based consulting services, creating a unique opportunity for a true builder.
We’re hiring for a Regional Director of Consulting Services to launch and scale an Accounting & Finance consulting practice, driving revenue, building a delivery team, and establishing a long-term strategic growth engine.
What you will do:
- Launch and scale an A&F Management Consulting / Project Services practice
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategy and service offerings
- Drive new business development with a target of $1M+ revenue in year one
- Build and manage a high-performing consulting delivery team
- Establish pricing models, client segmentation, and engagement structures
- Own full P&L for the consulting division
- Leverage existing relationships to generate consulting engagements
- Ensure high-quality delivery, client satisfaction, and repeat business
What we’re looking for:
- Proven success in management consulting or project services (not just staffing)
- Demonstrated ability to generate $1M+ in annual consulting revenue
- Experience building or scaling a consulting or project-based business line
- Strong Accounting & Finance domain expertise
- Experience working with commercial clients
- Prior P&L ownership preferred
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and build from zero
Required skills:

- Required education, training, experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required years of relevant experience in consulting and/or staffing
- Track record of revenue generation and client relationship management
