Recruiting Lead, Healthcare Staffing - Southborough, MA
Our client, a 40 year healthcare staffing firm is searching for Recruiting Leader! If you are 30 minutes or less from Central Mass and have the experience listed below, I want to talk to you!
Responsibilities:
- Run temporary recruiting team
- Manage to metrics
- Oversee both Per Diem and Contract business
- Lead a team of 4-5 per diem recruiters (social services side)
- Manage a team for nurse staffing (13-week assignments)
- Run metrics and provide guidance
- Collaborate with Operations Manager and HR Manager for credentialing
Team Structure:
- Recruitment Approach: High volume recruiting
- Credentialing: Handled by a separate team
Compensation:
- Base Salary Range: $100K+
- Bonus Range: $20,000 - $25,000 (based on meeting metrics)
