Position: Recruiter (IT/Engineering Staffing).
Location: Fully Onsite – Irving, TX.
Comp: $60K base + uncapped commissions (Top performers earn $100K+ in year 2).
What You’ll Do
- Recruit top tech talent for nationwide clients in the federal space.
- Interview, screen, and negotiate with IT consultants.
- Manage consultant success on projects.
- Learn the business from federal experts.

Lauren Fenech comes to MeeDerby with 3 years of experience in executive placement, has conducted over 2,000 professional candidate interviews, and is proud to have placed multiple women into leadership positions. Lauren previously worked as an account executive in employee benefits for five years, where she handled all things health insurance and helped organizations streamline their benefit processes through technology. She focuses on staffing Commercial Branch Managers, Business Development Managers and Recruiters in the Staffing Industry. Lauren obtained her bachelor’s degree in human resources from Grand Valley State University. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys adventures with her family. She enjoys making memories through travel, cooking, music, staying active, spending time outside, and catching a football game. Lauren is dedicated and passionate about staying in a positive mindset. She enjoys inner ‘soul work’ through the practices of breathwork and meditation.
