Position Overview:  

Responsible for answering phones, providing customer service, and cold calling prospective business leads and external candidates. Assist in the day-to-day operations of our clients including but not limited to; sales, payroll, human resources, recruiting, scheduling, and support for the team.    

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
  • Consult with managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives.
  • Write and post job descriptions on career websites, and universities boards.
  • Source candidates by using databases and social media and job boards.
  • Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters.
  • Conduct phone, Zoom and/or in-person interview.
  • Help the hiring team with recruiting methods and interview questions.
  • Contact new employees and prepare onboarding sessions and post hire.
  • Prepare new hire paperwork ensuring legislation requirements are met.
  • Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires.
  • Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods.
  • Calling upon current and potential customers to generate new business.
  • Making 60 plus calls a day to ensure full calendar, heavy phone, email and texting for potential candidates.


Skills
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline.
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks.
  • Ability to conduct different types of interviews (e.g. structured, competency based and behavioral).
  • Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems.
  • Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn.
