Allied Recruiter – Education Staffing - Hybrid, Phoenix AZ area
Compensation: $55,000–$65,000 base?+?6% commission (higher base for top talent with 5+ years of experience in Allied Staffing)
**MUST BE ABLE TO WORK A HYBRID SCHEDULE AND HAVE ALLIED HEALTHCARE RECRUITING EXPERIENCE. Other recruiting experience isn't a fit for this opportunity.
About the Role
We’re growing fast and looking for a motivated Allied Recruiter to connect talented healthcare professionals with K?12 schools. You’ll manage full?cycle recruiting, build strong pipelines, and help shape a program that truly impacts students.
What You’ll Do

Recruit and place allied health professionals in K-12 settings.

Manage everything from sourcing to onboarding.

Partner with offshore sourcers to expand candidate reach.

Collaborate with team leads to meet staffing goals.

Track activity and continuously improve results.
What You Bring

2–4 years’ recruiting experience (education or healthcare preferred).

Knowledge of allied health roles and credentials.

Comfortable working with offshore sourcing teams.

Excellent communication and organization skills.

Self-starter mindset, thrives in a hybrid setup.

She focuses on staffing Commercial Branch Managers, Business Development Managers and Recruiters in the Staffing Industry. Kamille is a graduate of Northwest Missouri State University – Go Bearcats!
Kamille is a mother and wife, residing in Liberty, Missouri. In addition to helping Staffing Industry Professionals find their next career role, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, knitting, playing with her dogs – Sunny and River, and catching a KC Chiefs game or KC Current match!
