We are looking for a top-performing Direct Hire Recruiter to join a highly-reputable, woman owned search firm based in Washington, D.C.
What you need:
- Have proven experience in recruiting for professional level, hard-to-find candidates.
- Be experts at using LinkedIn and other social media tools.
- Have the ability to self-motivate to meet or exceed goals.
- Wish to work in a highly collaborative, fun environment, with the common goal of growing the business.
- Have a keen understanding of Direct Hire and hunting for passive candidates.

Jennifer is a graduate of Kansas State University and a mom of three. She loves traveling, playing games with her family, and Friday night date nights with her husband.
