Job Description
Our client's IT Recruiting team is exploding in growth. They are seeking talented, enthusiastic, and career-minded individuals to help them capitalize on this amazing opportunity. The ideal candidate is highly motivated with a passion for building a career in IT Recruiting and/or Sales. As an IT Recruiter/Sales Trainee, you will have the opportunity to build your recruiting career and sales career while learning the IT solutions business from industry experts.
You will be given the opportunity to learn how to recruit and sell IT staffing and solutions nationwide. Top performers will have rapid career growth opportunities into recruiting leadership, outside sales, and management.
YOUR IMPACT
- As a Recruiter, you operate at the core of our sales and recruiting teams. Through an extensive coaching and training process you will learn every aspect of the IT solutions and staffing business.
- We believe in a meritocracy. That means promotions are based on results. The best performers are promoted into outside Sales roles within a 6–9-month period, if they desire.
- Partner with sales to consult customers on industry best practices.
- Partner with sales leadership to build technical solutions and outsourced services for customers.
- Develop delivery strategies designed to identify qualified talent through various tools and resources.
- Evaluate candidates’ strengths compared with clients’ requirements by evaluating, screening, and interviewing the candidate.
- Negotiate compensation packages and other conditions of employment with IT consultants.
- Manage technical consultants while on projects. Assess and investigate consultant-related problems, and administer performance counseling, coaching, and disciplinary measures when necessary.
- Work with Business Development Managers to identify top accounts, target skill sets, key market segments, and to assess clients’ staffing requirements.
- Maintain relationships with industry contacts to provide customer service, gain industry knowledge, and develop sales leads.

- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Management, or similar majors are preferred.
- Military experience, or equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of a four-year degree.
- Above market compensation structure including base salary, uncapped commission plan, and quarterly & annual bonuses. Top performers have the potential to earn $100K+ in their second year.

- Salary Range: $60k base + commissions

Lauren obtained her bachelor’s degree in human resources from Grand Valley State University. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys adventures with her family. She enjoys making memories through travel, cooking, music, staying active, spending time outside, and catching a football game. Lauren is dedicated and passionate about staying in a positive mindset. She enjoys inner ‘soul work’ through the practices of breathwork and meditation.
