Recruiter, Engineering Staffing - Kennesaw, GA

As an Engineering Recruiter, you'll collaborate with team members, source and screen candidates, and ensure a seamless recruitment process from start to finish. Job Duties:
  • Builds applicant pipeline by contacting current candidates in company database and finding new candidates via referrals, social media, internet sites, and other creative sources.
  • Promotes company's brand and identity by providing information about  opportunities and benefits; maintaining rapport; 
  • Assists the sales staff by pursuing account penetration and developing new customers.
  • Designs and uses strategies to identify qualified applicants by studying job descriptions and meeting with account managers to discuss the clients’ needs.
  • Attracts and contacts potential applicants by using company's database, job advertisements, social media, job sites and other potential avenues.
  • Succeeds in finding the right candidate by interviewing applicants according to the expressed qualifications of the position; analyzing responses; verifying references; and negotiating rates.
  • Arranges interviews by coordinating schedules with the clients.
  • Manages contractors during entire employment life-cycle with company by coordinating administrative needs: pre-employment checks, onboarding process, continual maintenance, and separation paperwork.
  • Maintains the integrity of company's database by utilizing all functions of the software, adding notations, uploading documents, correcting errors, and contributing up-to-date information.
  • Avoids legal challenges by understanding current legislation; enforcing regulations with candidates’ supervisors; and recommending new procedures.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations; completing required certification programs; and studying competitors’ practices and procedures.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum three years experience in a staffing agency setting.
  • On-site requirement in Kennesaw, GA.
