Recruiter, Engineering Staffing - Remote
MUST reside in either South Carolina, North Carolina or Georgia
Our client is looking for an ambitious and professional Remote Recruiter with Engineering Staffing Industry experience to join their remote recruiting team. The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and provides excellent service to both potential hires and our clients. Proficiency in social media, online job boards, and search engines is required. You must be detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated to ensure you meet deadlines and performance goals.
What you’ll do:
- Consult with clients on the qualifications they want in the successful candidate.
- Search job boards and social media outlets for qualified job seekers.
- Screen and interview candidates.
- Forward information on candidates who meet the employer's criteria to the hiring manager.
- Build a strong candidate pipeline to fulfill your clients’ requisitions.
- Establish and maintain relationships with both candidates and clients.
What you’ll need:
- At least two years of experience in Engineering Recruiting, preferably in the Utilities/Energy space.
- Knowledgeable in the utilization of social media, blogs, job sites, and other resources to find qualified candidates.
- Proficiency in computer programs like Microsoft Office and ATS software (preferably Bullhorn).
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
Compensation range - $50k - $65k base plus commission and benefits.
