$120M Privately Held Staffing Firm | Chicago, IL | Accounting and Finance
Our client, a privately held $120M staffing organization with a strong reputation and tenured leadership team, is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support and drive talent acquisition across key markets. This is a high-impact role for a proven recruiting professional who thrives on building relationships, delivering top talent, and partnering closely with clients and internal teams to support business growth.
What you’ll do:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts across key industries and client accounts
- Partner with sales and account management teams to understand client hiring needs and deliver top talent quickly and effectively
- Source, identify, and engage high-quality candidates through multiple channels including networking, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process
- Maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Collaborate with leadership and peers to ensure a seamless client and candidate experience
- Negotiate offers, manage candidate expectations, and drive successful placements
- Provide market insights on talent trends, compensation, and candidate availability
- Represent the company in the talent market through networking events, social platforms, and industry engagement
What you need:
- 2+ years of progressive recruiting experience within staffing or workforce solutions
- Proven track record of successfully filling roles and managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong network of candidates in Nashville and/or surrounding markets
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Ability to operate with a sense of urgency while maintaining quality and candidate experience
- Experience partnering with sales teams and working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience

Beginning her career as an on-site manager in Lenexa, Kansas, Jennifer has experience recruiting in multiple geographies throughout the U.S. with expertise recruiting in the IT, Legal, Accounting and Finance, Administrative, Manufacturing, Light Industrial and Healthcare verticals. Jennifer is a graduate of Kansas State University and a mom of three. She loves traveling, playing games with her family, and Friday night date nights with her husband.
