Senior Finance & Accounting Direct Hire Recruiter - Philadelphia, PA

What You’ll Do
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business goals, recruiting needs, and success profiles
- Own the full-cycle direct hire recruiting process from intake through offer and close
- Evaluate and interview candidates, aligning skills and experience to client requirements
- Deliver a high-touch candidate and client experience through clear communication and timely updates
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and repeat hiring needs
- Leverage traditional and creative sourcing strategies to identify top F&A talent
- Maintain accurate documentation and activity tracking within the ATS
- Operate with urgency, accountability, and a consultative mindset
What You Need
- 5+ years of Finance & Accounting recruiting experience within the staffing industry
- Direct Hire experience strongly preferred
- Proven, consistent performance with strong job tenure
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate independently while collaborating with a high-performing team
- Client-focused, solution-oriented approach to recruiting
- Adaptability and desire to grow in a scaling environment

Lauren obtained her bachelor’s degree in human resources from Grand Valley State University. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys adventures with her family. She enjoys making memories through travel, cooking, music, staying active, spending time outside, and catching a football game. Lauren is dedicated and passionate about staying in a positive mindset. She enjoys inner ‘soul work’ through the practices of breathwork and meditation.
