President, Multi-vertical Staffing firm - Remote work opportunity 

Must have 10+ years staffing industry experience and responsibility for $100M in revenue


Our client is a nationwide network of independently operated staffing and recruitment companies, all under common ownership, that currently supports $140 million in revenues within the portfolio. Through continued mergers and  acquisitions along with the organic growth of the  existing portfolio, there is a growth goal of building the network to $1 billion in annual revenues by 2027.

Our client is actively pursuing a President to lead the organization through its next stage of growth. This person must have previous staffing experience, along with a strong sales background. Ideally, this person will have demonstrated substantial growth through individual contribution,  as well as influencing of others to perform at peak levels. At a minimum, this person must have overseen $50+ million in annual revenues. This person must have previous staffing experience, along with a strong sales background. Ideally, this person will have demonstrated substantial growth through individual contribution,  as well as influenced others to perform at peak levels. The  portfolio consists of companies that are considered to be specialty agencies, as well as those that are known to be generalist or community based agencies. A broad knowledge of industry verticals and staffing models would be preferred, but not required.

The Network currently has 7 Operating Companies with roughly 230 internal associates.

  • Sales Focused
  • Proven Track Record of Leading an Organization  through strong organic growth
  • Previously led a $50 million or greater portfolio of staffing business
  • Strong understanding of both Professional and Commercial staffing models
  • Strong Presence and Displays Influential Leadership
  • Ability to oversee and lead a highly competent executive team
  • Must be open to 25% travel - (If remote from headquarters - 50% or more)
  • Comfortable with continuous innovation and change management
  • Alignment to a well defined culture
  • Previously involved in Mergers and Acquisitions
  • Roll Up the Sleeves Mentality
