Practice Sales Lead, Cloud & Infrastructure Services - Remote

Our client is looking for a Sales Leader to drive strategies and growth across cloud solutions like IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and hybrid environments. You’ll lead sales efforts, build client relationships, and develop our team’s capabilities, all while ensuring we meet and exceed revenue targets.

Job Description:
1. Sales Leadership & Anchoring: Strategize, plan and drive Sales specializing in Cloud & Infrastructure solutions - focusing on areas like compute, storage, networking, security, data management, automation etc, including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and hybrid cloud environments. Drive pipeline building & Sales both independently and in collaboration with Vertical & Practice Sales teams. Demonstrate expertise in deal identification & relevant constructs driving conversion. 
2. Revenue Growth & Realization: Drive revenue growth and profitability by selling Cloud & Infrastructure services within existing customers and net new prospects. Demonstrate track record of meeting & exceeding Sales targets (Revenue & Margin) - within existing & new customer segments - across a range of offerings, engagement models & deal sizes. 
3. Industry & Market Expertise: Analyze market trends and competition within the Cloud & Infrastructure landscape to identify new opportunities and optimize sales strategies for solutions like AWS, Azure, GCP, and private cloud platforms. 
4. Client Focus & Connect: Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional customer experience in Cloud & Infrastructure initiatives - both traditional & transformational. 
5. Capability & Team Development - Actively upskill Practice team with experts and expertise and guide upgrading the services capabilities and product accelerators in alignment with the Sales pipeline to support deal conversion, customer value & revenue growth. Aptitude & attitude to step in and guide the team where needed. 
6. Partner & Analyst ecosystem - build the engagement with industry analysts and product partners, enhance partnership cred and develop the ecosystem as a means to constantly validate/improve the positioning and as a lead gen channel. 
 
General: Strong communication, Executive presence, Relevant experience.
