Practice Director/Direct Hire, Financial Services - Staffing Industry - New York
Must have 7+ years direct hire experience leading a team of financial service recruiters
This is a Player/Coach role that will have invidivual billing goals and also receives team overrides.
Our client is one of the largest Privately held Staffing firms headquartered in New York with multiple professional staffing verticals. The Practice Director/Direct Hire leader leads the Financial Services team of recruiters, while simultaneously driving their own book of business.
What you will do:
- Develop and implement sales and recruiting strategies to expand the Professional Services vertical with new and current clients.
- Identify and qualify prospective client opportunities; prepare and deliver business development presentations and proposals.
- Build, lead, and provide guidance to the sales team and ensure individual and team goals are being exceeded.
- Meet or exceed revenue goals for both team and individual.
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry focusing on filling Financial Services roles.
- Experience leading a team.
- Full desk perm recruitment experience required.
- Strong motivation for personal growth and success.
