Senior Healthcare Staffing Leader, Life Science and Healthcare Staffing – NYC or Remote

10+ years staffing industry experience required

Candidates must be willing to travel to NYC at least quarterly if remote.

This is a high-impact opportunity to own and shape a healthcare business line from the ground up.

We’re hiring for a Senior Healthcare/Life Science Staffing Leader to build, scale, and lead a healthcare division through a turnaround and growth strategy, owning both vision and execution.

What you will do:
  • Lead a full turnaround and growth strategy for the healthcare staffing vertical
  • Define and execute go-to-market strategy, including target clients and service offerings
  • Build and scale high-performing sales and recruiting teams
  • Establish KPIs, operating rhythms, and performance management processes
  • Develop talent pipelines for critical healthcare roles (RNs, LPNs, CNAs, allied health)
  • Drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and client expansion
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, credentialing, and data privacy
  • Partner cross-functionally with leadership across operations, tech, finance, and HR


What we’re looking for:
  • Proven experience building and scaling a staffing vertical or business line
  • Strong background in healthcare staffing (nursing, allied, clinical, or healthcare IT, Life Science)
  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute strategic growth plans
  • Experience leading senior leaders and driving accountability
  • Strong understanding of KPIs, sales/recruiting metrics, and operating cadence
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, build-from-scratch environments
  • Track record of improving team performance and business outcomes
