Job Description
Our client is hiring for a Payroll Specialist to work from a virtual office in the Charlotte Metro region. They are a highly reputable woman-owned staffing firm that have been in business for 35 years and counting!
What you’ll do:
- Provide additional support to the Payroll/Accounting Department.
- Handle payroll processing for 250 employees on a weekly basis in multiple states throughout the country.
- Manage weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll taxes.
- Assist with Accounts Payable tasks.
- Potentially contribute to timesheet and expense report collection.

Highly Desired Experience:
- Experience running in-house payroll.
- Familiarity with timesheet and expense report collection processes.
- Proficiency in Accounts Payable tasks would be a bonus.
