Our client, a pioneer in reshaping temporary work through technology and data, is seeking a National Sales Director to spearhead their efforts in acquiring high-volume accounts. We’re hiring for a National Sales Director to drive revenue growth and expand market presence through strategic sales initiatives.
What you will do:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire high-volume accounts.
- Build strong relationships with C-level executives and decision makers.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to exceed targets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to maximize opportunities for growth.
- Utilize market insights to inform strategic decision-making and optimize sales tactics.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven success in sales leadership roles, preferably in acquiring high-volume accounts.
- Experience selling Managed Service Provider (MSP) or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solutions is a plus.
- Ability to engage and influence C-level executives effectively.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in analyzing sales data.

- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a focus on prospecting and acquiring high-volume accounts.
