National Sales Director, Light Industrial Staffing, West Coast-Remote

Job Overview: As the National Sales Director for Prospecting Volume Accounts, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to acquire new business from high-volume accounts. Leveraging your 10 years of experience in the staffing industry, along with your expertise in engaging C-level professionals, you will drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. Candidates with experience selling Managed Service Provider (MSP) or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solutions will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to identify, target, and acquire high-volume accounts across the national territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and decision makers within target organizations, effectively positioning our company as a trusted partner.
- Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and motivation to drive performance and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure alignment and maximize opportunities for growth.
- Utilize market insights and competitive intelligence to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats, informing strategic decision-making and optimizing sales tactics.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to drive continuous performance enhancement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs, proactively adapting strategies and tactics to remain competitive and meet evolving demands.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, fostering relationships and generating new business leads.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the staffing industry, with a strong understanding of its dynamics and challenges.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a focus on prospecting and acquiring high-volume accounts, preferably within the [industry/sector].
- Experience selling Managed Service Provider (MSP) or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solutions is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives and decision makers, effectively communicating value propositions and driving consensus.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience leading and motivating high-performing sales teams to achieve and exceed targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and resolve conflicts.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, able to develop and execute actionable plans to achieve business objectives.
- Analytical mindset, with proficiency in analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions.
- Flexibility to travel as needed.
