NATIONAL ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - COMMERCIAL STAFFING - VIRTUAL 

MUST HAVE 7-10 YEARS STAFFING INDUSTRY EXP. SELLING $5M + DEALS 


Our client is a $300m+ privately held staffing firm, with over 90 locations nationwide who partners with clients and employees to identify and recruit talent for Administrative, Call Center, Light Industrial, Distribution/3PL (3rd Party Logistics) and Luxury Beauty and Fragrance positions throughout the United States.

The National Account Executive is responsible for generating new business nationwide, targeting large accounts ($5MM+). You will act as  business consultant gaining a thorough understanding of the prospect’ s needs/business issues and selecting the appropriate solution to meet those needs.

WHAT YOU WILL DO: 
  • Develop and implement an effective sales pipeline & plan to meet or exceed established sales objectives
  • Grow sales within assigned territory / verticals or existing assigned major accounts by working closely with internal team as a catalyst
  • Perform appropriate prospecting and screening activities to identify qualified clients for new business development
  • Use consultative sales strategies to effectively overcome client objections and maximize sales activity within assigned territory
  • Make formal sales presentations and follow-up calls to prospective new business accounts
  • Interface with appropriate field management to establish pricing for quotes and bids that are consistent with the company’ s financial objectives
  • Remain current with competitive trends, staffing/human resource issues and market conditions and their effect on business

WHAT YOU NEED: 
  • 5-7 YEARS Staffing Industry exp. selling large deals 
  • BA/BS degree (Business Administration, Marketing, etc.) preferred
  • Advanced strategic selling, presentation and negotiation skills
