Senior Demand Generation Manager - Staffing Industry - Fully Remote
Remote | 8+ years staffing industry marketing experience required | Occasional travel

A Day in the Life
You start your day reviewing campaign dashboards — email, SEM, and website performance — pulling insights to share with sales and recruiting leaders. Next, you huddle with your demand gen team, aligning on content, outreach, and pipeline goals. Midday, you connect with sales to refine ABM campaigns and provide new tools for lead follow-up. Later, you brainstorm with leadership on ways to optimize digital channels and launch fresh initiatives that drive measurable ROI. By the end of the day, you’re analyzing results, coaching your team, and celebrating quick wins.
What You’ll Bring

8+ years of B2B demand generation experience.

Hands-on expertise with HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.

Proven success scaling digital campaigns and ABM programs.

Leadership experience developing high-performing marketing teams.
