Job Description:
- Lead sales activities and client interactions for the NJ region.
- Manage a portfolio of clients, focusing on light industrial and office clerical sectors.
- Drive growth with key clients and oversee operations, sales, and recruiting functions.
- Collaborate with the team to meet business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain client relationships, with a focus on growth.
- Lead sophisticated sales efforts and manage deal closures.
- Supervise a small team of recruiters and operations staff.
- Utilize sales platforms for tracking and managing activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of sales leadership experience in the staffing industry.
- Strong background in sales and client management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Familiarity with regional markets is a plus.
Compensation:
- Base salary range: $90,000 - $110,000 plus bonus
- Performance-based incentives and benefits.
