We’re hiring for a Market Director to lead multiple Market Leaders and a $30m+ P&L into 2024 and beyond. Our client is looking for a seasoned professional to slide into an already tenured and engaged team and breath some additional life and support into sales strategy and sales excellence.
What you will do:
- You will have full P&L ownership along with the autonomy to build out strategic plans and initiatives.
- The opportunity to lead sales, recruitment and operations.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong financial acumen / P&L experience – successful experience managing a market between $70 -100 million in size.
- Developing and implementing business strategies, managing staff, and driving revenue growth and profitability.
- Strong strategic and operational leadership, including team building and decision-making skills.

- $175k+ base compensation plus bonus and overrides.
