Senior Sales & Business Development Leader, IT Staffing – NYC area preferred
10+ years IT staffing industry experience required

They are known for delivering high-impact technology solutions, building strong client relationships, and driving consistent revenue growth across IT consulting and staffing services. This is an opportunity to lead and scale a high-performing sales function with significant influence on company growth and drive net-new revenue growth across IT services and IT staffing, owning go-to-market strategy and full sales execution.
What you will do:
- Own and execute growth strategy across IT services and staffing solutions
- Build net-new pipeline through prospecting, partnerships, and executive networking
- Lead full sales cycle including discovery, solutioning, proposals, and contract negotiation
- Partner with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure successful fulfillment
- Build and scale a high-performing IT sales organization
- Establish CRM discipline, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and strategic account expansion
- Improve deal quality through pricing strategy and margin management
What we’re looking for:
- 10+ years of sales or business development leadership in IT staffing or consulting
- Proven track record of new logo acquisition and revenue growth
- Strong consultative selling skills across complex IT environments
- Experience selling into CIOs, CTOs, and senior technology leaders
- Ability to build and scale sales teams and processes
- Strong understanding of IT services, staffing models, and delivery structures
- Experience managing pipelines, forecasting, and CRM systems
Required skills:
- Consultative sales and business development
- IT staffing and/or IT services expertise
- Pipeline management and forecasting
- Negotiation and contract management (MSA/SOW)
- Cross-functional collaboration with recruiting and delivery teams?
Required education, training, experience:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in IT staffing, IT consulting, or B2B technology services
- Proven leadership experience managing sales teams
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and delivery models

Kim is active in her community as a board member with SHIP (Student Homeless Initiative Partnership), is a volunteer dive coach for her son’s highschool and a committee member of BoyScout Troop 278. Prior to joining MeeDerby, Kim spent 15 years with Spherion in leadership and revenue driving roles across multiple staffing verticals.
