A little bit about this gig:
As a Lead Account Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in both driving your own account success and supporting the growth of a small and growing team.

On a “typical” day, you will:
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives to ensure individual and team sales targets are achieved.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth within assigned markets.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting:- Monitor sales metrics and KPIs for both individual and team performance.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as Sales and Operations to ensure the smooth execution of sales initiatives and client projects.

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Staffing Sales: 3+ years of progressive experience in IT staffing sales with demonstrated sales success. Multi-year winner of Awards Trip or President’s Club.
  • Leadership: Experience leading, mentoring or managing people.
  • Client Management: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience building and maintaining a successful portfolio of clients/accounts.
  • Driven: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. You are goal-oriented,
  • consistently achieving your own KPIs while also helping your team thrive.
  • Strategic Thinker: You have a forward-thinking approach to sales and enjoy implementing tactical sales plans. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Problem Solver: You’re resourceful and quick to find solutions, helping your team navigate obstacles with ease.
  • Collaborator: You value teamwork and are skilled at working across departments to ensure a seamless recruiting process.
