Internal Talent Acquisition Manager, Commercial Staffing - Richmond, VA

Our client is urgently seeking an experienced Internal Talent Acquisition Manager for a leading commercial staffing firm to drive the development of a new segment at an MSA level. This person will be instrumental in building and managing the recruitment team, focusing on placing senior regionals and expanding the overall operations team. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in retail-oriented talent acquisition and be adept at leading a team to success.

What you will do:
  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies for a new segment at an MSA level.
  • Lead recruitment efforts to hire 50 roles within the next 6 months, averaging 3-5 placements per month.
  • Manage the recruitment process for senior regionals and other operational roles.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and drive recruitment initiatives.
  • Build and manage a high-performing recruitment team, eventually expanding into an operational leadership role.
  • Develop a high-level recruitment playbook and establish best practices for internal talent acquisition.
  • Serve as the main point of contact and liaison between leadership and the recruitment team.
  • Work towards evolving into a leadership role within the organization.

What we are looking for:
  • Staffing Industry Experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition with a focus on retail recruitment.
  • Proven ability to drive high-volume recruitment initiatives and meet hiring targets.
  • Experience managing a team and developing recruitment strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate effectively with a geographically dispersed team.
  • Previous experience in building and scaling recruitment functions is highly desirable.

What you get:
  • Competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 with performance-based bonuses.
