Vice President of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition

Our client is a high-growth disruptor in the supplemental healthcare space, known for revolutionizing healthcare access and benefits. We’re hiring for a Talent Acquisition and HR Manager to lead their growing team.
What you will do:

Develop and execute a recruiting strategy for 40+ hires across various functions.

Mentor and manage the HR Manager, enhancing talent acquisition processes.

Collaborate with executive leadership on hiring plans and workforce strategy.

Design and implement interview frameworks and hiring manager enablement programs.

Build and execute employer brand development for a compelling candidate experience.
What we’re looking for:

Leadership experience in fast-paced environments with expertise in Talent Acquisition.

Strong mentorship and management skills with a strategic business partnering approach.

Ability to build HR infrastructure and optimize recruitment processes.

Bachelor’s degree in HR management or related field.

Proven experience in talent acquisition and HR management.
Required skills:
-
Proven leadership in HR or People teams.

Expertise in Talent Acquisition and high-volume recruiting processes.

Experience managing and mentoring HR team members.

Ability to act as a strategic business partner to C-suite executives.

Comfortable in onsite or hybrid environments with limited remote work.
What you get:

Base Salary: $150,000.

Bonus/Incentive Structure: Up to ~30% of base salary.
