General Manager / Sales Manager, Staffing & Workforce Solutions – Commercial & Industrial Staffing
Location: Taunton, MA (On-site). Significant field time required. Local travel for client meetings, job sites, and networking events
7+ years staffing industry experience required

Our client is a growing staffing and workforce solutions provider serving commercial construction, manufacturing, and industrial clients. They are known for delivering reliable workforce solutions and building strong client partnerships while maintaining a performance-driven culture.
We’re hiring for a General Manager / Sales Manager to lead branch operations, drive revenue growth, and develop high-performing sales and recruiting teams.
What you will do:
- Lead overall sales strategy and drive branch revenue growth
- Develop new business and expand client relationships
- Participate in high-value client meetings and strategic account development
- Coach and mentor sales representatives and recruiters through field engagement
- Conduct ride-along and provide hands-on sales coaching
- Recruit, hire, and develop high-performing team members
- Establish KPIs and hold teams accountable for performance metrics
- Monitor branch performance including revenue, margins, and fill rates
What we’re looking for:
- 7+ years of leadership experience in staffing or workforce solutions
- Proven success leading sales teams and driving revenue growth
- Strong business development and client acquisition background
- Experience hiring, coaching, and developing teams
- Ability to drive accountability while maintaining a positive culture
- Comfortable working in the field with clients and team members
- Strong financial and operational acumen

What you get:
- Base salary: $115,000k plus depending on experience
- Uncapped commission and bonus structure
