Position Summary
They're seeking an experienced Recruiting Manager with a strong background in business development, recruiting, and accounting/finance to join our growing team. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance candidate sourcing with client relationship management and job order execution. You’ll collaborate closely with experienced Recruiters and Account Managers, enabling you to establish and expand your book of business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an established yet entrepreneurial environment and is ready to make a meaningful impact from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Client Development & Relationship Management
- Identify and cultivate new client relationships through strategic outreach, referrals, and networking
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and present tailored staffing solutions
- Manage job orders from intake to fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate execution
- Maintain and grow a portfolio of client accounts through consistent follow-up and service excellence
- Advise clients on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and candidate delivery
Candidate Recruitment & Lifecycle Management
- Source and recruit candidates across all levels for Accounting and Finance roles
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting candidates, facilitating offers, and coordinating onboarding
- Conduct interviews to assess qualifications, career goals, and compensation expectations, aligning candidates with client needs
- Prepare candidates for interviews and debrief both parties to ensure alignment and feedback exchange
- Extend verbal offers, assist in negotiations, and finalize hiring decisions with clients
Network Building & Branding
- Build and maintain a robust professional network through referrals, outreach, job boards, and social media
- Contribute to creative recruiting initiatives including video content, blogs, and campaigns
- Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems and internal databases
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of professional experience, including 2+ recent years in recruiting within Finance & Accounting; prior experience in public or corporate accounting is highly preferred
- Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Proven ability to build and nurture professional relationships
- Passion for helping others and a genuine interest in career development
- Confidence, curiosity, and a willingness to learn and grow
