Our client is seeking an Executive Vice President of Revenue, a results-driven individual who can build and optimize GTM strategies, coach teams to success, and drive short-term wins while setting the stage for scalable growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive GTM strategies to drive revenue growth
- Lead branding, messaging, and sales enablement initiatives to enhance market presence
- Coach and mentor the sales team to achieve short-term wins and sustainable growth
- Drive demand generation efforts and ensure pipeline discipline for consistent growth
- Oversee digital marketing efforts and maintain a strong online presence
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth in the STAFFING industry
- Strong understanding of demand generation, lead generation, and GTM strategies
- Background in total services offering within the staffing industry
- Ability to assess and optimize marketing and sales functions for improved performance
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with a bias for action and results
Direct Reports:
- Director of Marketing
- Sr. Director of Sales
- Collaborate with Operations and Talent teams for seamless execution
