Division Director, Finance & Accounting Staffing - Miami/Ft. Lauderdale or Orlando, FL
Are you a proven leader in the staffing industry ready to launch and grow a brand-new market in Florida? We’re seeking a dynamic Director to stand up and scale our client's Finance & Accounting division in either the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale or Orlando area. This is a unique opportunity to build a business from the ground up while receiving strong leadership support, compensation incentives, and autonomy.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Launch & Leadership
- Build and lead a new Finance & Accounting staffing office in Florida – launching from scratch.
- Hire, train, and manage a high-performing team of recruiters and account executives.
- Drive both strategic and hands-on business development and recruiting efforts.
- Oversee full P&L and performance metrics for your office.
- Sales & Recruiting (Full Desk).
- Personally produce in the temporary/contract staffing space while growing your team.
- Develop strong client relationships and consistently expand your book of business.
- Source, screen, and place top-tier candidates in F&A roles.
- Deliver best-in-class service to clients and candidates, fostering lasting partnerships.
Market Expansion & Strategy
- Lead go-to-market strategy for the Florida region.
- Leverage your local market knowledge and professional network for rapid growth.
- Attend events, build brand visibility, and act as a market ambassador.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years of staffing industry experience with a focus on Finance & Accounting.
- Full-desk production experience with a track record of success in the temp/contract space.
- Demonstrated success in hiring, coaching, and leading high-performing teams.
- History of recognition (e.g., President’s Club or top producer awards).
- Strong network and familiarity with Florida’s business landscape.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and build.

- $90K base salary (non-negotiable), guarantee available based on experience, competitive and aggressive commission structure and profit sharing.
