DIVISION VICE PRESIDENT - HOMECARE STAFFING DIVISION - VIRTUAL
Our client is a privately held, fastest growing leader in healthcare staffing and healthcare franchising. Bringing its high-quality staffing system to 60+ territories from coast to coast, with a mission to connect healthcare professionals throughout the field and turn caring entrepreneurs into healthcare franchise partners.
The Division Vice President of the Caregiver Staffing organization will lead all sales and operations for 40+ franchise locations spread across the nation.
Responsibilities:

Franchise oversight for 40+ locations across the US.

Sales and operations responsibility in the homecare staffing division.

P&L responsibility to drive revenue growth and profitability.
Key Objectives:

Drive sales growth and operational efficiency in the homecare division.

Lead franchise development initiatives to expand the business.

Accelerate the launch and success of new franchises in Texas, California, VA, and Florida.
Desired Qualifications:

Strong sales leadership experience, preferably in the homecare staffing industry.

Track record of driving growth and success in a similar role.

Experience in franchise development and operations management.

Strategic thinker with the ability to lead a geographically dispersed team.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

She leads the day to day operations of MeeDerby supporting the team in placing managers and executives in the staffing industry. Kim is active with the American Staffing Association (ASA), participating in the Women in Leadership Council, The Mentor/Mentee Program, former Chair of the Direct Hire Council and a 2023 advisor to the Women’s Business Colloraberative’s (WBC) Staffing Workstream. Kim is active in her community as a board member with SHIP (Student Homeless Initiative Partnership), is a volunteer dive coach for her son’s highschool and a committee member of BoyScout Troop 278. Prior to joining MeeDerby, Kim spent 15 years with Spherion in leadership and revenue driving roles across multiple staffing verticals.
