Job Description
Our client, the leading professional staffing firm in the world is seeking to add to their Northern CA leadership team.
The District Director will be responsible for business development and profitability within multiple locations, as well as overseeing and establishing appropriate expense controls. Additional responsibilities include retaining and motivating key personnel, building infrastructure and developing high-potential leaders. The person in this role will communicate vision and values, maintaining the highest standards for operating excellence and ethics. Developing a district-wide marketing, advertising and public relations program in conjunction with Marketing and Corporate Communications is also the responsibility of the District Director.
If you have strategic leadership experience in the staffing industry, live in CA and are willing to relocate to the San Jose area, this role is a great opportunity.
