DIRECTOR OF STRATEGIC ACCOUNTS - IT STAFFING
7-10 yrs IT Staffing Experience
We' ve got a fantastic opportunity with a top IT staffing agency that is in aggressive growth mode! This is a key role that will sell and deliver IT services business, including staffing and SOW services, for a premier telecommunications client. - Identify new Business opportunities, Business growth by working on various strategic initiatives, creating feasibility study and Go to Market Strategies.
- Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of sales and profitability.
- Achieve revenue and profitability targets, qualifying, proposing, negotiating, and closing new business deals.
- Service client requirements and responsible for growth.
- Achieve revenue targets.
- 5+ years of relevant experience selling IT Staffing and Solutions to large enterprise accounts .
- Self-starter with ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Confident in engaging with all levels of management
- Ability to work independently
6 figure base and aggressive commission structure.
