- Partner closely with the founders to open doors, shape positioning, and accelerate U.S. growth.
- Establish and run a KPI/metrics-driven sales culture aligned to the company’s existing tiered sales model (e.g., AE-led new business with supporting layers).
- Hire, train, and coach sales talent including developing green /early-career professionals and build the next generation of leaders.
- Serve as the on-the-ground leader who sets the tone, and builds team cohesion including networking and client and community presence.
- Support leadership in bridging U.K. vs. U.S. market terms, expectations, and go-to-market norms.
- Coordinate with London-based recruiting/delivery hub (the company’s delivery engine) to ensure sales and delivery stay tightly aligned.
What you need:
- 7–15 years of contract staffing sales experience in Information Technology.

- Comfortable in a scrappy, builder phase: can sell, recruit/attract talent, coach, and help set up the office and culture.
- Strong executive presence and client-facing professionalism.
What you get:
- Competitive base salary plus the opportunity to help craft your own incentive plan.
- A chance for skin in the game and truly making the U.S. business what you want it to be.
