Director of Sales, Commercial Staffing - Portland, OR
5+ years staffing industry experience and success required.
Located in Beaverton, Oregon, with relocation as a potential for the RIGHT candidate.

Our client is a $30m Commercial Staffing Firm HQ’d in the suburbs of Portland, they have built a solid foundation for growth and are now looking to bring on a polished Sales Leader to drive high caliber business and build relationships with potential Enterprise or On-Site customers.
What you will do:
- Pipeline and build relationships with top 100 prospects in local markets.
- Indirectly manage Branch Sales Representatives and mentor them while quarterbacking deals and building a robust sales culture.
- Accountable for the overall sales performance and achievement of the sales goals and targets.
- Develop multiple lead sources by attending various trade shows, professional organization meetings, networking events, Chamber of Commerce and other community events.
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of Staffing Sales Experience.
- 2+ years of experience leading Jr. Sales or Mentoring Jr. Sales Representatives.
- The ability to build relationships with local Executives and secure opportunities to provide talent.
