Director of Sales, Staffing Firm - Atlanta, GA

What you’ll do:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
- Team Leadership: Lead, hire, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Revenue Growth: Drive new business development and nurture existing client relationships.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and adjust strategies proactively.
- Sales Operations: Manage sales operations including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support sales efforts.
- Performance Metrics: Define KPIs and strategies for continuous improvement.
What you need:
- Proven track record in developing client accounts and growing revenue.
- Experience high margin staffing business.
- Strong leadership and client relationship skills.
- Growth-oriented mindset and ability to scale the business.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking System, Bullhorn.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 10+ years of leadership experience in a staffing firm.
- Strong analytical, communication, and client engagement skills.
- Experience in managing sales, business development, and staffing operations.
