IT Staffing experience required.
Our client, an award winning, highly recognized talent solutions company needs a Player/Coach for their established IT Division. If you are a staffing leader with a sales focused, well-rounded background in Staffing then this could be an exciting career move!
What you'll need:
- Solid track-record of staffing sales experience with an understanding of margin dollars and profitability.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of Sales and Account Managers, setting metrics, KPIs, and sales goals.
- Strong desire to grow revenue through sales leadership and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience breaking into new accounts, growing existing accounts, and marketing candidates into potential new customers.
- Strong self-motivation skills and the flexibility to travel as needed.
