Our client is a national workforce solutions firm specializing in skilled trades staffing and project-based deployment. They are known for their innovative operational strategies, client-centric service, and technician-first approach that drives high-quality project outcomes across the U.S.
We’re hiring for a Director of Operations to lead and enhance operational and customer success strategies that improve technician deployment, client satisfaction, and assignment outcomes.
What you will do:
- Lead strategy and execution for Project Success and Operations functions, including assignment success, extension rate, and client satisfaction.
- Oversee and coach a remote team of 2–4 direct reports in operations and technician care.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Recruiting, Safety, and other departments to align goals and drive technician deployment.
- Participate in client calls and strategy sessions to expand service and improve delivery outcomes.
- Establish KPI dashboards and analyze metrics to identify trends and make strategic adjustments.
- Act as SME for internal systems, including ATS and project planning tools.
- Build and refine long-term contingency planning and operational process improvements.
- Champion a high-performance culture aligned with company values.
- A strategic, service-minded leader with experience in staffing operations.
- Strong collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first work environment.
- Experience leading remote teams with a focus on accountability and growth.
- Ability to leverage data to improve processes and outcomes.
- Strong communicator and problem solver with cross-functional leadership skills.
- High integrity and passion for delivering top-tier client and technician experiences.
- 5+ years of operations or customer service leadership in staffing or labor solutions.
- ATS experience required; Bullhorn preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and MS Teams.
- Strong project management and process improvement skills.
