Job Description
3+ years of onboarding experience in a high-volume staffing environment
Are you a staffing professional with experience with onboarding and employee relations? Our client is a national firm based in central NJ and they want a leader for their onboarding dept.
What you will do:
- Responsible for onboarding of all temps
- Supervise 20 coordinators with 3 leaders that report to this role
- Medical compliance/joint commission exp is a plus
- 70% non-healthcare...30% healthcare temps
- 70-80 new temps per week...180-200 in process at any given time
- Timeline process is 2 weeks+ per employee

- Someone strong in processing, employee verification processes, and employee relations
- Leader of issue resolution
