Director, Contract Staffing - Professional
Our client is a boutique executive search firm focused in professional services industry looking for a strong Director of Contract Staffing to build their contract staffing practice just outside Orange County, CA.
What you'll do:
- Generate new business contract staffing clients needs specifically within professional services space.
- Build candidate pipelines through actively searching on job boards and ATS.
- Screen, interview, and present candidates for open reqs.
- Pre-close candidates on opportunities, conduct reference checks, and manage the candidates while working on assignment.
- Evaluate potential hiring needs for additional recruiting support with the ability to build a team of recruiters under your oversight.
What you need:
- A strong, demonstrated success in building new clients with contract staffing needs
- Experience working in Technical, Engineering, or Life Sciences verticals.
- Ability to demonstrate exceeding sales goals, career growth, and hiring capability.
- Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years experience.
