Our client is a leading provider of education workforce solutions, partnering with schools and districts to deliver innovation, efficiency, and measurable impact. They are seeking a Director of Sales based in the Greater Phoenix area to accelerate growth and shape the future of their revenue strategy.
A Day in the Life
You start your morning reviewing pipeline metrics and key client updates, ensuring both growth and retention are on track. Next, you lead a team huddle, coaching sales and service delivery managers on strategies to win new opportunities and deepen current relationships. Midday, you’re meeting with district leaders across Arizona to uncover evolving workforce needs and positioning solutions to deliver maximum value. Later, you collaborate with marketing and operations leaders to streamline processes, sharpen messaging, and enhance service delivery. By the end of the day, you’re analyzing results, forecasting with precision, and celebrating wins that fuel both momentum and mission.
What You’ll Bring
- 8+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally in workforce solutions or education staffing services.
- Proven track record of new business development and growing existing accounts.
- Expertise in leading high-performance sales teams and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
- Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to engage senior education leaders.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams.
- A metrics-driven mindset with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
