Job Description
Title: Director of Business Development
Location: Vancouver, WA or Boise, ID
Salary: $90k base plus commission and incentive
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Business Development with a proven track record in staffing sales. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in the field with exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills.
What You'll Do:
Responsibilities include training, managing, and coaching a diverse sales team to achieve desired results. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying organizations that have engineering, IT, and professional-level staffing and recruitment needs, and negotiating contracts with these organizations.
What You Need:
Candidates should be familiar with a variety of sales strategies and be proficient with a range of software programs. Knowledge of Managed Service Providers (MSP) and Vendor Management Systems (VMS) is highly desired.
Must have at least 5 years of experience selling professional staffing services.
