A leading full-service staffing firm is seeking an experienced VP of Sales for to drive growth. This role leads a team of sales professionals and plays a key part in expanding relationships and shaping sales strategy.
What You’ll Do

Build and execute sales strategies across multiple staffing service lines.

Lead, hire, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team with a focus on growth.

Expand accounts and strengthen key client relationships.

Partner with Marketing to deliver tailored workforce solutions.

Analyze market trends, forecast performance, and present insights to senior leadership.
What We’re Looking For

7+ years of sales experience in staffing.

Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.

Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
