Director of National Account Sales - Remote

Must Have Staffing experience and Enterprise Sales experience.

Our client, a global leader in the Staffing and Recruitment space is looking for an outstanding sales executive to join their National Account team.

Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify new national account opportunities and introduce strategic staffing solutions.
  • Develop a sales strategy to convert opportunities into new client wins.
  • Anticipate and overcome objections throughout the sales process.
  • Provide strategic and customized staffing solutions to clients.

Operational Planning:
  • Construct and maintain a pipeline of potential onsite leads within a defined territory.
  • Utilize CRM to monitor the progression of top targets within the territory.
  • Develop vertical-based sales strategies for each qualified opportunity.
  • Provide weekly sales funnel updates to the VP of the defined territory.

Operational Delivery:
  • Serve as the subject matter expert to colleagues and clients regarding service solutions.
  • Generate qualified leads for bid development and manage pre-sales activities.
  • Lead the development of solutions to achieve all objectives and negotiate deals to maximize revenue potential.
  • Modify service offerings to meet customer needs.

Industry and Market Expertise:
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Monitor competitors’ status and market activity to position as an industry leader.
  • Develop and maintain brand awareness through various advertising and PR activities.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to enhance service offerings.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 6 years national account sales experience in staffing delivery models.- must have sold accounts in the 8m range
  • Proven success in implementing strategic sales strategies.
  • Strong analytical expertise of sales processes and metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Proficient in MS Office products and CRM systems.

Compensation:
  • Anticipated annual base salary range: 150k+ commission
  • Incentive compensation based on achievements outlined in the compensation plan.
