Minimum 5 years Healthcare Staffing Leadership required.
We are looking for a dynamic Healthcare Staffing Leader to join our client in South Florida as a Director of Account Management. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves in the weeds role designed to help grow existing account relationships through motivation and leadership.
What you’ll do:
- Provide strong leadership to energize the Account Management team and ensure accountability for performance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and stake holders to drive retention and expansion.
- Drive new business development efforts, leveraging sales experience and industry knowledge.
- Foster proactive communication and collaboration within the team to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align strategies and meet and exceed targets effectively.
What you need:
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare staffing with a background in sales and sales leadership.
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving results.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong desire to excel in a competitive environment.
- Ability to lead and develop relationships to drive business growth.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Preferred experience in travel nursing working both directly with clients and as a vendor.
