Manager of On-sites, Staffing Industry - Remote
Job Description
Our client is seeking a Manager of On-sites to oversee and elevate the performance of their on-site staffing partnerships across multiple client locations. This is a leadership role focused on people management, operational consistency and performance optimization. This is a critical role in driving success across diverse, fast-paced environments while supporting and growing a team.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and mentor 8–10+ direct reports, with team growth expected.
- Provide guidance on employee relationships issues and conflict resolution.
- Train on systems, best practices and operational standards.
- Oversee multiple on-site programs ensuring consistency across locations.
- Participate in QBRs with clients, acting as a strategic partner driving client satisfaction and program success.
- Analyze key metrics such as attrition rates, productivity, time to fill and overall site performance.
- Promote and enforce safety standards and risk mitigation practices.
What you need:
- On-site experience, preferably across multiple locations. Experience with high volume, light industrial clients is a must.
- Proven ability to manage, coach and develop teams.
- Comfort working with data, reports, and KPIs to drive decisions.
- Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
- Ability to travel moderately to new and existing client sites.
